Great setting, next to the water bus as well as Venice and recommendations. Btw, located right in the centre. Nice welcome from host.

The value for the money at Nikki House was excellent, with a clean and spacious room that had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and with beautiful views. The host, Allesendo, was incredibly helpful and gave us great recommendations for places to visit and things to do.

The morning meal could be improved with a larger mattress on the king size bed instead of two smaller ones with a gap in between.

It had perfect location and rooms, that's what I was expecting. Perfect place to stay just off Venice, the airport and Venezia. Easy to get to Cafe Florian, located within 10 minutes on foot.

We had a fantastic stay in Venice adjacent to San Marco and Venice and the airport. Quiet atmosphere, Alessandro the host has done above and beyond for us. Its location was marvellous and incredible, 10 minutes walk away from a grand showpiece square. In fact, it was located close to everything;)))

Conveniently located near San Marco Square. Met at the dock and given recommendations. Spotless and comfortable with 1 flight of steps. Beautifully renovated and spacious for 4 people. Netflix access and a Bellini provided.

Our trip in Venice was incredible, the host greeted us warmly and we really enjoyed the view from the apartment.

The location was great, not too far from a beautiful cathedral church.

The location was perfect, just close enough to all main attractions in the center. The hotel facilities were amazing, with beautiful apartments that were clean and well-appointed. The staff was helpful, from providing tips before arrival to meeting us at the water taxi spot and carrying our luggage. The transportation was convenient, as it was easy to get to from the airport.

Quiet and close to St. Mark's and a vaparetto station. Elegant, light-filled, comfortable, large apartment. Helpful host. Clear instructions for transportation.

This place is centrally located and very close to all the major attractions, including San Marco square and Rialto Bridge.

The location was absolutely wonderful! We were far away from the crowds but close enough to the water taxi. Super convenient, comfortable, and clean accommodations with very nice views of the gondola and surrounding buildings. It felt like an authentic stay. the host was very nice and picked us up from the boat stop. He gave us information and also recommended some must-see activities. He was flexible and allowed us to store our luggage after check-out till we left in the evening. the apartment itself was very stylish, nice, and comfortable.

Nothing! Our experience at this hotel was truly exceptional. the host, Luca, was extremely helpful and communicative, ensuring a seamless stay from start to finish.

The apartment was bright and airy, and the location was excellent. We really enjoyed how clean everything was and the host, Alessandra, was incredibly helpful and kind. He went out of his way to assist us with a lost luggage problem and made our stay even better. The apartment had all the amenities we needed and it was as good as all the reviews said. We highly recommend staying here for anyone considering a trip to the city.

The only thing we could mention as a negative was that the living room could use some additional comfy seating. While there was a sofa bed, we would have preferred to have some extra comfortable chairs for all four guests.

The room was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. The location was perfect, just minutes away from Piazza San Marco but surprisingly quiet. The staff was friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist.

The apartment we stayed in was nicely decorated and had a comfortable bed. The location was also convenient, close to restaurants and tourist attractions. One of the best aspects was the friendly host who gave us helpful suggestions on where to eat and what to see.

There were a few downsides to our stay. there were many stairs to climb, which made it difficult to carry our luggage up.
